Due to the perishable nature of our hot sauces, we are unable to accept returns for a full refund.  We understand that selecting the perfect hot sauce can be a personal experience, and we take pride in the quality and flavor of our products.

However, we want to ensure the safety of all our customers and food safety regulations prevent the return of consumable items.

What We Can Do;

If you are unhappy with your hot sauce for any reason, we encourage you to contact us directly at info@rippinrowleys.com. We will be happy to discuss your concerns and offer a solution, such as:

Replacement: We may offer a replacement of the same hot sauce, depending on availability.
Store Credit: We may offer you store credit for the full or partial value of your purchase, which you can use towards a future purchase.
